代金の支払方法・時期

商品のお届け時期

◎代金のお支払い確定後、国内はゆうパックにて5日以内に発送いたします。海外発送はEMSにて7日以内に発送いたします（海外発送には別途、関税など他に各手数料等が発生する場合がありますのでご注意ください）。
◎ Domestic Shipping: Orders will be shipped via Yu-Pack within 5 days after payment is confirmed.◎ International Shipping: Orders will be shipped via EMS within 7 days after payment is confirmed. (Please note that additional fees, such as customs duties and other import taxes, may apply to international shipments).

返品について

イメージと違った、気が変わったなどのお客様都合の返品は、原則お断りしております。商品に欠陥がある場合はお荷物到着5日以内に一度メールにてご連絡をいただいた後、大変お手数ですが着払いにて返送をお願いいたします。その後、在庫のある場合は新たに商品を発送させていただきます。在庫のない場合は制作まで一定程度以上の日数を要しますので大変申し訳ありませんが一度、お取引をキャンセル・返金とさせていただきます。

After contacting us, please return the item via cash-on-delivery (at our expense). If the item is in stock, we will ship a replacement immediately. If it is out of stock, it will take a considerable amount of time to remake, so we will sincerely apologize and process a cancellation and refund for your order.
